Why did you redo your website?
We are excited about bringing more flexibility and content to our customers with this new site. Included now are downloadable pdf documents, occasional videos, more product photos, and room to add much more information on new products and what is happening at TTF. We also listened to the feedback of our customers on the way our last site worked, and we added new features to better serve you. These include a favorites area, an accurate shipping total added to your order, and a more intuitive way to locate products. And we have live chat and facebook so we can keep you up-to-date and you can get in touch with us quickly when you need us.
What happened to my account on your old website?
Any information regarding your ordering history or billing remains in your account history in-house. Any information that was web-only was deleted, such as passwords. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service representatives.
