When will my order ship?
If a product is in stock, it could ship in as little as one business day, depending on quantity ordered. Orders placed after 3:00PM will usually be shipped the following day. Other products, especially custom items, require a longer lead time. If you need a product by a certain date, please contact our customer service representatives via e-mail or live chat for more information.
Can I choose my shipping provider?
We offer shipping by FedEx and UPS with a valid shipping number. Without a shipping number, we ship “best way”. Freight is FOB Shipping Point, Southport, NC, with title passing at that point.
Can I use my company’s shipper account number?
FedEx and UPS account numbers are accepted for off-line orders only. You may e-mail or fax your order along with your shipper account number to us, and we will charge your shipping charges to your shipper account number. Please note that if your number is not valid, TRITECHFORENSICS reserves the right to add your shipping charges to your invoice.
Will I get a tracking number?
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from TRITECH
FORENSICS which will include your order number and other important information. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from the shipper, providing you with a tracking number you can use to track your order through the shipper's website.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge for shipping based on the total of your order. Please see below for specific amounts. In addition, we charge a one-time fee of $35 for any hazardous, air-hazardous, oversize, or overweight items in a single purchase. Click
